I believe that the wedding cake is the centerpiece of the reception and it is my greatest desire that your cake is all that you dreamed it would be. Because I am not a large commercial bakery with many employees I limit wedding cake orders to one per weekend (or during the week) so that I can give your cake the attention that it deserves.
You can be assured that your cake will be baked fresh to order and that it has been filled, frosted and decorated with my own made from scratch frostings and fillings. I even make my own fondant if that is your desire!
Whether you need a small cake for just a few family and friends or a large cake to serve 500 (or more) I will do my best to accomodate your needs. Contact me with specific questions regarding cake sizes and prices.
For most tiered wedding cakes it is required that I deliver them and that they are set-up on site. (Smaller cakes may be picked up depending on the design.) . . . and yes, I do deliver and set-up on South Padre Island.
