These are all base prices to give you a general idea on the cost of cakes. Prices will vary depending on design. Please check with me for specific pricing information regarding your cake. Prices are also subject to change.
All tiered cakes (basic flavors) start at $2.50/serving for buttercream and $3.00/serving for fondant covered cakes. Premium cake flavors add $.50 per serving and premium frosting/fillings add $.25 per serving.
Kitchen cakes (double layered sheet cakes of the same (basic) flavor cake, frosting and filling as the wedding cake. These are iced smooth with a simple border and are not meant to be displayed but are to be served "from the kitchen."
50 servings - $50.00/buttercream - $75.00/fondant
70 servings - $70.00/buttercream - $95.00/fondant
100 servings - $100.00/buttercream - $125.00/fondant
Sheet Cakes (single layered sheet cakes of the same (basic) flavor cake and frosting as the wedding cake.) These are iced smooth with a simple border and are not meant to be displayed but are to be served from the kitchen. Upon request these cakes can be "scored" for servings with an individual decoration on each piece (monogram initial, flower.)
24 servings - $25.00/buttercream - $35.00/fondant
35 servings - $35.00/buttercream - $50.00/fondant
54 servings - $50.00/buttercream - $75.00/fondant
Cupcake Tiers Cupcakes (basic flavor) are $2/each. This includes double lined, white cupcake papers tied with wedding color coordinating ribbon, buttercream frosted and decorated with individual design (monogram initial, flower, etc.)
6" round, double layer, top tier cake filled and frosted with buttercream is additional $20. ($25 for fondant covered)
Grooms Cakes following the same pricing as listed above depending on style/size/design. Sculpted and 3-D grooms cakes are priced on an individual basis.
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Single dipped $12.00/dozen in season - $18.00/dozen out of season
Dipped & drizzled $15.00/dozen in season - $20.00/dozen out of season
Fancy berries $18.00/dozen in season - $22.00/dozen out of season
Tuxedo berries $1.75/each in season - $2.00 each out of season
Cream Cheese Mints
$25.00 for the first 100 mints (min. order)
$10.00 for each additional 50.
Cookies
Large "wedding cake" decorated cookie, bagged and tied with wedding color coordinated ribbon - $5.00/each
"Bride and Groom" decorated cookies, bagged together and tied with wedding color coordinated ribbon - $5.00/2 cookies per bag
Small "heart shaped" decorated cookies - $10.00/dozen
Honeymoon Sweets Box ~ $30.00
One dozen chocolate dipped strawberries, one dozen freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and one dozen cake truffles. Boxed and tied with ribbon this may be left along with your wedding cake to be taken with you on your honeymoon or delivered to your hotel (may incur additional delivery fee - please ask)
Sweethearts basket ~ $40.00
Cheese, crackers, fresh fruit (strawberries and grapes) along with freshly baked, delicious chocolate chip cookies and an assortment of cake truffles, cream cheese mints and chocolate dipped pretzels. Basket wrapped and tied with ribbon may be left along with your wedding cake to be taken with you on your honeymoon or delivered to your hotel (may incur additional delivery fee - please ask)
